ORIX Real Estate pays careful attention to the accessibility of its corporate website and seeks to provide easy-to-use, easy-to-understand content for its many users.
Our website is created and maintained in keeping with the following guidelines, based on the August 2010 revision of JIS X 8341-3 Guidelines for older persons and persons with disabilities -- Information and communications equipment, software and services -- Part 3: Web content.

We provide alternative text for all images. Our HTML syntax requires alternative text statements.
The statement below shows the alternative text that serves as the title image of the Housing page.
For images that do not need alternative text or for which alternative text will interfere with text-to-speech browsing, we indicate this by leaving the content blank using <alt="">.
